Refund policy

At Bellarene Cosmetics, our customer satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily fully refund any item that has been lost or damaged during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do not offer returns or exchanges. We understand it is sometimes hard to depict shades for different skin tones by looking at a picture and we have tried to show the true colors of all our cosmetics the best we can on our website. You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product by emailing info.bellarenecosmetics@gmail.com and include pictures of the damaged product/products within the email. Please allow up to 10 business days for a full refund to the original form of payment use at the price of the product/products and any applicable taxes.
